Marijo Boushon - Marketing Manager

Marijo's had dogs since before she was born.  In elementary school, she started training her family's dogs, leading to a life long belief that dog training is possible and important for every family.  She has an extra special love for German Shepherds, Poodles, and Pit Bulls as she's owned all of those breeds throughout her life.  

Marijo also has a big heart for rescues and mixed dogs too!  Currently she has an Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix who is full of energy and loves nothing more than catching tennis balls.  Her family also has a Cane Corso who has the sweetest heart, and a Beagle/Lab mix with a gentle soul.  Each of their family dogs play a different role - companionship on long walks, trips to the pet store, or never ending energy to play with the kids.  Several of Marijo's cats also provide important distractions for dogs training at her house.  

Besides pet care, Marijo also has a passion for reading and researching which has led her to a library career.  She puts these skills to use at The Dog Trainer Near Me primarily working with marketing and events.  As this is truly a family business, sometimes you will also see Jacob and Marijo's children, or Madeline's children at events or hear them in the background.
